This digital wallet provides a secure and convenient way to store and manage funds and expenses for the guests of Allah. Supported by advanced banking infrastructure and operated through the NEO brand of the National Commercial Bank, the wallet ensures a seamless financial experience during the pilgrimage and visits to Makkah and Al-Madinah. Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfig bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah inaugurated the Nusuk Wallet during the annual closing ceremony "Khitaamahu Misk," organized in collaboration with the Pilgrim Experience Program at the Ministry's headquarters in Makkah. The event was attended by Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Maiman, CEO of Nusuk Business and Director of Digital Experience at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah; Dr. Saleh bin Ibrahim Al-Furaih, CEO of Digital Business and Payments at the National Commercial Bank; Naif Mulaib, Business Development Advisor at the National Commercial Bank; and Amer Abu Leila, Digital Solutions Advisor at the National Commercial Bank. The Nusuk Wallet employs the latest technologies and encryption techniques to ensure financial transaction security standards. This collaboration between Nusuk and the National Commercial Bank sets a new standard for innovation in the region, providing pilgrims with a reliable means to manage their funds securely. Dr. Amr Al-Maddah, Undersecretary for Pilgrim and Umrah Services, emphasized that this launch marks the beginning of significant changes, highlighting the collaboration with the banking sector as a significant leap in enhancing the experience and comfort of the guests of Allah by providing secure and innovative payment solutions. The CEO of Nusuk Business and Director of Digital Experience at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah stated, "The launch of the Nusuk Wallet is a significant step towards improving the experience of the guests of Allah. We aim to provide an innovative solution that allows them to manage their funds securely and easily without carrying cash. We are committed to offering the best services to the guests of Allah, creating an unforgettable experience from start to finish, and continually improving our services to meet their diverse needs." The launch of the digital wallet has achieved six local and international milestones, including being the world's first digital wallet and international banking card for pilgrims. This step brings us closer to developing a successful super app that meets Allah's guests' needs by integrating advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, encryption, biometric identity verification, advanced APIs, and SDK integration.
