Integrated Digital System to Facilitate the Journey of the Guests of Allah Before Arriving in the Kingdom
منظومة رقمية متكاملة لتيسير رحلة ضيوف الرحمن قبل الوصول إلى المملكة
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has activated its integrated digital system to facilitate the journey of the Guests of Allah before their arrival in the Kingdom via the "Nusuk Masar" platform. This platform links contracting procedures, operational and field tasks, and visa processing within a comprehensive digital infrastructure, reflecting the expansive scope of digital transformation in Hajj services and its direct connection to journey readiness from the earliest stages. The "Nusuk Masar" platform enables the automation of all Hajj-related procedures, contributing to time savings, improved execution efficiency, and enhanced tracking accuracy before the pilgrim's arrival through authorized digital channels. These channels allow for the organized and early completion of several requirements. The Ministry has adopted a clear digital timeline via the platform, starting from providing campsite data and electronic wallet transfers, moving through the contracting phase and uploading pilgrim data to form groups, and culminating in the issuance of visas and the completion of advance preparation data before arrivals begin. In the same context, the "Nusuk" application stands out as one of the most prominent digital tools the Ministry is expanding. The number of users this year has exceeded 51 million worldwide, benefiting from more than 100 digital services. Users from outside the Kingdom constitute 60% of the total, enhancing the app's ability to reach pilgrims before their arrival and enabling them to view services and permits through a unified digital window. Regarding the utilization of emerging technologies in the Holy Sites, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has activated, for the first time this Hajj season, a system of smart sensors and readers for the "Nusuk Card." This system is designed to manage grouping operations, monitor operational tasks, provide real-time tracking of crowd movement, and offer future predictions of pilgrim behavior. These efforts contribute to increasing the efficiency of crowd management and enhancing the smooth flow of movement between the Holy Sites. The impact of these solutions extends to strengthening digital integration among relevant authorities through a more interconnected path that raises coordination efficiency, accelerates service access, and supports the pilgrim's readiness from the start of the journey until arrival in the Kingdom. This digital model reflects the Ministry's direction toward building a smoother, more efficient, and proactive experience for the Guests of Allah.
