he Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced the completion of its administrative and field preparations, in collaboration with relevant authorities, to organize the schedules for the flow of the Guests of Allah for the Jamarat ritual and the Mashaer Train. Additionally, the Ministry is organizing pilgrim movement between the Holy Sites during the Hajj season of 1447 AH, within an integrated operational system based on advance planning and the employment of advanced technologies. These technologies enable the scheduling of pilgrim flows and monitor adherence to those schedules, ensuring smooth movement and the safety of pilgrims throughout the various stages of the rituals. The Ministry explained that its preparations included developing comprehensive operational plans in coordination with concerned entities. These plans are based on scheduling the flows for the Jamarat ritual and access to the Mashaer Train, catering to the pilgrims' religious requirements for performing the rituals, while contributing to the organization of pilgrim movement between the Holy Sites and enhancing the efficiency of crowd density distribution. This supports the steady flow of pilgrims between ritual destinations throughout the season. Furthermore, the Ministry is participating in conducting synchronized mock drills for crowd management with relevant authorities to test operational readiness and improve implementation efficiency. The Ministry has developed a sustainable operational model focused on regulating pilgrim flows from camps spatially and temporally. This supports the optimal use of capacity at the Jamarat facility, Mashaer Train stations, and the movement paths to and from them, positively reflecting on the smoothness of the pilgrim's experience and their peace of mind while performing the rituals. Within the framework of integrated efforts, the Ministry is working to enhance field coordination through a joint command model, accelerating information exchange, and activating response mechanisms to handle field variables. This contributes to improving the performance efficiency of flow operations and pilgrim transportation. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah emphasized the importance of adhering to the approved flow schedules, highlighting their pivotal role in organizing movement between the Holy Sites, enhancing pilgrim safety, and supporting the efficient execution of operational plans during the season. It calls upon the Guests of Allah to comply with the organizing instructions for pilgrim flows to help achieve seamless movement and raise safety levels during the Hajj season.
