The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah issues important alerts for the pilgrims of the Holy House of Allah.
وزارة الحج والعمرة تصدر تنبيهات هامة لحجاج بيت الله الحرام
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah intensified its efforts and readiness of services provided to the guests of Allah during this year’s Hajj season 1446 AH, so they can perform their rituals with comfort and tranquility. In order to maintain the safety of pilgrims amid high temperatures in the sacred sites, the Ministry called on the pilgrims of the Holy House of Allah to remain in the camps on the Day of Arafah from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and not to go to Jabal al-Rahma or Masjid al-Namirah, to protect them from exposure to the sun and high temperatures. The Ministry emphasized the necessity of adhering to the approved crowd management schedules by the competent authorities and not violating them during all stages of movement between the sacred sites, using only the approved transportation methods agreed upon in the sacred sites, and not walking between locations during the indicated times. The Ministry also directed the pilgrims on the importance of keeping their "Nusuk" card and presenting it when requested. Every pilgrim must carry the card throughout their presence in the sacred sites and take care not to lose it, as it is an important identification document that facilitates reaching the pilgrim and providing support when needed, stressing the importance of following these instructions to ensure the safety of the guests of Allah. Furthermore, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah reminded the representatives of service provider companies to ensure that their pilgrims adhere to the Ministry’s instructions to preserve their safety so they can perform their rituals with ease and reassurance.
