The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah launches the Center for Care of the Guests of Allah 1966
وزارة الحج والعمرة تُطلق مركز العناية بضيوف الرحمن 1966
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (MoHU) launched today an information campaign on social media to introduce the services of the Center for Care of the Guests of Allah 1966 (CCGA), which aims to raise the efficiency of organizational work and continuous communication with the guests of Allah, in the Grand Mosque, the Prophet’s Mosque, and the Holy Sites. The CCGA works to unify work mechanisms, deal with the guests of Allah, in their various languages, and discover their needs and requests by providing more services that constitute a qualitative addition in six languages (Arabic, English, French, Turkish, Urdu, Malayan), and responding quickly to their inquiries. The CCGA targets pilgrims, Hajj and Umrah companies at home and abroad, volunteers, and service providers. It receives inquiries, complaints and suggestions, and also provides information and data, and everything related to the pilgrim’s journey, to ensure achieving quality in meeting the needs of the targeted groups, and enhancing performance efficiency
