The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced the honoring of the winners of the “Labbaykum” Excellence Award for providing the best services to the guests of the Two Holy Mosques during the Hajj season 1445 AH, during the opening ceremony of the #Hajj_Conference_and_Exhibition_2025. This award recognizes the efforts of participating entities that adhered to the highest standards of quality in serving pilgrims, ensuring a distinguished and comfortable experience for the guests of the Two Holy Mosques, in line with Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to enhance the quality of services provided to Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. The Hajj Conference and Exhibition serves as a primary platform bringing together government and private entities and stakeholders in the field of Hajj and Umrah services, aiming to promote integration, exchange of expertise, and innovation in providing outstanding services to pilgrims. The Ministry affirmed that honoring the winners of the “Labbaykum” Award reflects its interest in encouraging excellence and innovation in this field, and highlighting pioneering models that contribute to achieving the highest service standards in line with the aspirations of the wise leadership. The Ministry invites all interested parties and participants to attend the opening ceremony and participate in the activities of the conference and exhibition, which include workshops and discussion sessions highlighting the latest practices and technologies in serving Hajj and Umrah pilgrims.
