180 awareness topics for the Guests of Allah on the 'Awareness Platform' from the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah launched the “Awareness Platform” on its website, offering 180 awareness topics to serve the guests of the Two Holy Mosques as part of its continuous efforts to develop and improve services. The platform aims to raise the visitor’s awareness and enable them to learn how to perform the rituals according to the guidance of the Prophet, peace be upon him, within an interactive and engaging educational context that considers priorities, focuses on needs, and enriches the guest’s experience when visiting the holiest sites on Earth. The platform includes 580 minutes of educational videos, 16 promotional clips, 365 educational presentations, 220 educational designs, 4 main tracks, and 12 educational journeys offered in 8 global languages, including English, French, Persian, Indonesian, and Hausa. These educational journeys are presented in an engaging and sequential manner, allowing the visitor to have a unique experience by accessing focused videos and information and moving from one stage to the next after completing the current stage, ensuring the information is received correctly without overlap or ambiguity. The “Awareness Platform” also contains a set of introductory and enriching guides, such as guides for the Grand Mosque, the Prophet’s Mosque, Umrah, Hajj, services at the Prophet’s Mosque, landmarks of Mecca and Medina, Ihram, Mina, Arafah, Muzdalifah, Eid al-Adha, and the Jamarat, allowing visitors to read, listen, or download the guide files on various devices. Additionally, the platform provides guides of interest to the guests, such as health awareness, financial awareness, legal awareness, and cybersecurity awareness, which enhance the guest’s understanding of health, financial, legal, and cyber topics that they will need before and during their Hajj or Umrah visit. The Awareness Platform emphasizes creativity and motivation for its visitors, displaying statistics and figures in an engaging way that shows the visitor their progress in each track or educational journey they choose, encouraging further exploration of information and progression through the various stages offered, providing a unique and impactful experience that enhances the awareness of the guest of the Two Holy Mosques.
