Ministry of Hajj and Umrah launches the third edition of the “Creators” Award

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced the launch of the third edition of the “Creators” – Umrah Path Award, aimed at strengthening the partnership between the Ministry and service providers in the Umrah sector, and enhancing creativity and innovation in the services provided to the Guests of Allah. This award is part of the Ministry’s efforts to encourage excellence and positive competition among companies and institutions operating in the Umrah sector, contributing to improving the experience of pilgrims and visitors, and providing services characterized by high quality and innovation, in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 for developing the Hajj and Umrah system. The Ministry explained that the award targets companies and service providers offering innovative solutions and qualitative developments that enhance the comfort and well-being of the Guests of Allah, with a focus on artificial intelligence technologies, sustainability, and digitalization, in accordance with the expectations of pilgrims from around the world. The Ministry affirmed that launching the third edition of the award reflects its commitment to strengthening partnerships with the private sector and supporting initiatives that enhance service quality by encouraging creativity and adopting innovative ideas that meet the needs of pilgrims. It is worth noting that the “Creators” – Umrah Path Award – is one of the distinguished initiatives launched by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to stimulate innovation, strengthen competitiveness, and ensure a unique and comprehensive spiritual experience for the Guests of Allah, from planning their journey until returning to their home countries.
