Deputy Governor of Eastern Province Meets Minister of Hajj and Umrah

Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province, met with Dr. Tawfig bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, Minister of Hajj and Umrah, at his office today to discuss the Saudi Arabia's land border development project. During the meeting, Dr. Al-Rabiah presented a comprehensive plan aimed at upgrading border crossings, including those in the Eastern Province. The presentation detailed the current traveler journey, future improvements, and the integration of advanced technologies to streamline the border-crossing process in line with international best practices. The Deputy Governor expressed his appreciation for the leadership’s dedication to elevating border services and thanked Dr. Al-Rabiah for his efforts in improving the pilgrim experience. In return, Dr. Al-Rabiah extended his gratitude for the warm reception and support of the Deputy Governor.
