The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Launches the “Nusuk Masar” Platform within the Activities of the Digital Government Forum 2024

Within the activities of the #Digital_Government_Forum 2024, held concurrently with the #Internet_Governance_Forum, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced the launch of the “Nusuk Masar” platform, which aims to enhance the pilgrims’ experience by providing integrated services of the highest quality standards. This platform represents a qualitative step within the Ministry’s efforts to achieve digital transformation and facilitate the pilgrim’s journey from the initial planning stage until returning to their country. “Nusuk Masar” provides a qualitative leap in service delivery with flexibility and speed, offering innovative tools to manage bookings, issue permits, and organize guidance programs for pilgrims through a comprehensive digital system. The Ministry indicated that the “Nusuk Masar” platform is based on applying the latest digital governance technologies, enhancing transparency and efficiency, and aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 aspirations to improve the quality of services provided to the Guests of Allah. This initiative continues the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s efforts to develop the Hajj system using the latest technologies, ensuring an exceptional experience that meets the highest standards in serving pilgrims and Umrah performers.
