The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah conducts a survey on the characteristics of the Hajj experience.

In order to improve Hajj services for domestic pilgrims, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is conducting a population survey to understand the characteristics of the Hajj experience among residents. A pilot study was previously conducted on a selected sample of households to measure the suitability of the survey for broader community participation. The survey will be launched on a larger scale starting Sunday, December 22, 2024, in several Saudi cities, with data collection continuing for 10 days. It is expected that 2,300 households will respond to the survey, and the results will contribute to enhancing the quality and development of services for domestic pilgrims.
