The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has invited the Guests of Allah to benefit from the "Nusuk Enayah" (Nusuk Care) centers deployed across Makkah, the Holy Sites, Madinah, and Jeddah. These centers provide essential on-the-ground field services that help pilgrims access guidance and support easily and opportunely. The Ministry explained that these centers are dedicated to offering guidance and direction, answering inquiries, and receiving reports. Additionally, they assist the Guests of Allah by guiding them to their destinations, thereby facilitating smoother transportation and movement within the Holy Sites. The Ministry noted that the "Nusuk Enayah" framework comprises 38 centers alongside more than 160 service delivery locations. These are strategically positioned across areas where the Guests of Allah are located, ensuring comprehensive geographic coverage that makes accessing services straightforward in various sectors. Furthermore, the centers are backed by field teams, service points, and mobile units working actively to reach pilgrims in high-density areas. This setup makes it easier for pilgrims to receive the necessary support right where they are without the need to travel to a fixed location. These centers play a vital role in enabling the Guests of Allah to access localized guidance and support. They are equipped to handle various situations, including missing pilgrim cases, with speed and efficiency under an integrated field operations ecosystem. It is worth noting that since the beginning of Dhu al-Qi'dah, the "Nusuk Enayah" centers have provided more than 130,000 services to the Guests of Allah. These services included guidance and orientation, answering inquiries, cultural enrichment services, and technical support related to the "Nusuk" application. They also managed field reports and assisted pilgrims at their respective locations, reflecting the field ecosystem's high readiness and efficient response to pilgrims' needs.
