Ministry of Health: Meningitis Vaccine is a Requirement for Hajj 1447 AH Workers

الصحة: لقاح الحمى الشوكية شرط للعاملين في حج 1447هـ

The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Health, Abdulaziz Abdulbaqi, confirmed that obtaining the meningitis vaccine is a mandatory requirement for personnel to begin work in the 1447 AH Hajj season. This implements directives from the Supreme Hajj Committee aimed at strengthening prevention and limiting the spread of infectious diseases in high-density gathering sites, out of concern for worker safety, which is a priority for the health sector.
