The Ministry of Health and the National Privatization Center have announced the award and contract of the SABIC Mental Health Hospital Operation Project in Riyadh to a consortium led by SEH Medical Care, under the public-private partnership model aimed at enhancing private-sector participation in improving healthcare service quality and operational efficiency of specialized health facilities.
