Saudi Minister of Finance Heads Kingdom’s Delegation at Joint Annual Meetings of Arab Financial Institutions

On Monday, 4 May 2026, Minister of Finance Mohammed Aljadaan participated via videoconference in the Joint Annual Meetings of Arab Financial Institutions for 2026, with governors and representatives of member states, to discuss economic and financial developments and joint Arab cooperation in development and investment. The Saudi delegation included Vice Minister of Finance Abdulmuhsen Alkhalaf, Assistant Minister of Finance Abdullah A. BinZaraah, Assistant Governor of the Saudi Central Bank Abdulelah A. Aldeheem, and Deputy Minister of Finance Khalid Bawazier. Participating institutions included the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development, the Arab Investment & Export Credit Guarantee Corporation, the Arab Monetary Fund, the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa, the Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development, and Badir Fund. Aljadaan emphasized the institutions' role in supporting economic stability, developing financing tools, and strengthening governance, transparency, and financial-product innovation.
