"Commerce" Discusses Urgent Solutions to Consumer Challenges in the Automotive Sector with Representatives of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce

On 27 Dhu al-Qadah 1446, the Ministry of Commerce held a meeting with representatives of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce and the Chinese embassy in the Kingdom, with participation from the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization, to discuss and find urgent solutions to consumer challenges in the automotive sector linked to Chinese car agencies. The meeting reviewed the current and future state of Chinese vehicle sales and after-sales services and consumer-complaint challenges, aiming to raise after-sales service levels and explore cooperation between the two sides amid growing sales of Chinese vehicles in the Kingdom.
