The Ministry of Commerce published the findings of a public consultation on "Enhancing the Reception Experience for Persons with Disabilities in Customer Service Centers." A specialist Ministry team studied the submitted opinions and proposals, and the Ministry will act on a set of measures to enable disabled customers to access services suited to their needs, supporting their independence and wellbeing and easing their transactions. The consultation results page was last modified 08 Muharram 1447. This came as part of enhancing electronic participation, in partnership with the Digital Government Authority.
