The Ministry of Commerce announced the recall of 489 Nissan Patrol vehicles (2025 model) due to a transmission control unit programming defect that could cause loss of power when the accelerator is pressed while driving, increasing accident risk. The Ministry called on affected vehicle owners to contact local agent Petromin (toll-free 8004420010) for free repairs and to verify inclusion via the Recalls.sa portal.
