Ministry of Commerce publishes a public opinion report on the draft Implementing Regulation of the Commercial Register System on the "Istitlaa" platform

The Ministry of Commerce published the results of a public opinion survey conducted on the 'Istitlaa' platform regarding the draft Implementing Regulation of the Commercial Register System, dated 22 Dhu al-Qi'dah 1446 AH. The draft regulation aims to organize commercial register enrollment procedures, facilitate business practice, achieve transparency and reliability, and reduce processing times. A specialized team within the Ministry analyzed all submitted opinions and proposals, publishing the most notable ones along with the decisions taken on them under the results and decisions section of the project on 'Istitlaa'.
