Ministry of Commerce launches a survey to develop interactive guidance guides for the merchant journey

The Ministry of Commerce, in partnership with the Digital Government Authority, has launched a survey to engage beneficiaries and specialists in an initiative to develop interactive guidance guides for the merchant journey in accessing electronic services. The survey collects proposals and challenges through an open-ended question, with the Ministry aiming to translate beneficiary needs into practical solutions that support the business environment and improve the quality of electronic services. The instrument is dated 18 Rabi' Al-Awwal 1447 AH.
