The Ministry of Commerce has called on commercial establishments that have completed one year since their registration in the Commercial Register to confirm their registration data electronically within a maximum of 90 days, to avoid suspension of the Commercial Register. This obligation is based on the Commercial Register Law and its implementing regulations, which require traders to submit an annual confirmation of their registered data to the registrar, due exactly one year from the date of registration. Failure to submit the confirmation within 90 days of the due date will result in suspension of the trader's Commercial Register entry and related services. The annual confirmation is completed electronically through the BUSINESS.SA platform.
