"Commerce" Calls to Verify the Absence of Claims or Obligations on the Commercial Register Before Transferring Its Ownership

"التجارة" تدعو إلى التحقق من عدم وجود مطالبات أو التزامات على السجل التجاري قبل نقل ملكيته

The Ministry of Commerce called on those wishing to transfer ownership of commercial registers to verify a number of regulatory aspects before completing the transfer, to help protect rights and limit unexpected future obligations. The Ministry noted the importance of confirming the absence of claims, financial obligations, violations, fines, due fees, or lawsuits before transfer.
