The Minister of Commerce issues a Ministerial Decision approving the Beneficial Owner Rules

وزير التجارة يصدر قراراً وزارياً بالموافقة على قواعد المستفيد الحقيقي

The Minister of Commerce issued Ministerial Decision No. 99 dated 05/06/1447 AH, approving the Beneficial Owner Rules. The Rules define the beneficial owner as the natural person or persons who exercise ultimate effective direct or indirect control over a company. The new Rules replace the previously applicable beneficial owner rules.
