The Ministry of Commerce has published the findings of a public consultation survey on its technical support tool delivered through sign language for persons with hearing disabilities. A dedicated ministry team studied and analysed the opinions and suggestions received, and a plan was subsequently prepared to maximise the benefit of this sign-language technical support service for persons with hearing disabilities.
