The Ministry of Commerce, in partnership with the Digital Government Authority, has launched a public electronic consultation to gather opinions from the public and interested parties on developing a digital access tool for customers with hearing disabilities, which the Ministry introduced through its digital platform. The consultation aims to develop this service to maximise its benefit for users.
