Following Automobile Dealers… (Commerce) Announces the Results of the Evaluation of Electrical and Electronic Appliance Agents and Distributors

The Ministry of Commerce announced on 17 Dhu al-Qi'dah 1446 AH the results of its evaluation of electrical and electronic appliance agents and distributors in Saudi Arabia, covering 23 agents and distributors. The evaluation is based on 11 core criteria, including agents' commitment to consumer rights, after-sales and maintenance services, and agents' compliance with consumer complaints and reports. The initiative follows the Ministry's earlier announcement of automobile dealer evaluation results in March, and aims to enhance competitiveness among agents and distributors, improve sector performance, and address consumer challenges. The evaluation indicators were developed in partnership with consumers, agents, and distributors, and results are accessible at mc.gov.sa/ere.
