The Ministry of Commerce published the results of a public-input initiative on "innovative ideas for developing interactive guidance guides for the merchant journey." A specialized ministry team studied and analyzed the submitted opinions and proposals, and the results will feed into an improved service experience, in partnership with the Digital Government Authority.
