"Ministry of Commerce" and "Riyadh Chamber" Organize Two Workshops on (New Updates to the Precious Metals Implementing Regulation) and (Anti-Money Laundering)

The Ministry of Commerce, in cooperation with the Riyadh Chamber, organized two workshops on Monday 12/5/1447 AH corresponding to 3/11/2025, the first on new updates to the Precious Metals Implementing Regulation, and the second an introductory workshop on anti-money laundering, terrorism financing, and proliferation financing in the precious metals and gemstones sector. The workshops aimed to raise merchants' awareness of these requirements and the key additions in the new Precious Metals and Gemstones Regulation, covering the types of precious metals and gemstones and the controls governing their trading, and were attended by precious metals and gemstones institutions and companies in the Riyadh region.
