"Commerce" publishes the Consumer Insights Report on the (Unified Contract for Kitchen Installation) via the "Istitlaa" Platform

The Ministry of Commerce has published the consumer insights report on the draft Unified Contract for Kitchen Installation, which was submitted for public consultation via the Istitlaa Platform. The draft aims to regulate the contractual relationship between parties, ensure a fair balance of rights and obligations, establish general terms that cannot be violated, and reduce contractual disputes in line with relevant regulations. The Ministry's specialist team analysed all opinions and proposals received and published the key findings and decisions in the "Results and Decisions" section of the project on the Istitlaa Platform.
