The Ministry of Commerce, in cooperation with the Riyadh Chamber, organized a workshop titled "Rules for the Beneficial Owner" on Tuesday, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance transparency and governance in the commercial sector, ensure the integrity of transactions, and prevent the exploitation of commercial entities in unlawful practices. The workshop discussed the importance of applying beneficial owner rules.
