"Commerce": Recall of 18,000 "Geely – Emgrand" Vehicles Due to a Fuel Tank Defect

التجارة": استدعاء 18 ألف مركبة “جيلي _ Emgrand" لخلل في خزان الوقود

The Ministry of Commerce announced the recall of 18,036 Geely Emgrand vehicles (model years 2024 to 2026) due to a defect in the fuel tank ventilation pipe that may cause fuel leakage from the underside of the vehicle, increasing the risk of fire. Owners are urged to contact the local dealer, Al-Waalaan Trading Company, on the toll-free number 8001220033 to have repairs carried out free of charge. Vehicle eligibility can be verified by chassis number through the defective-product recall portal Recalls.sa. The announcement was dated 18 Rabi' al-Awwal 1447 AH.
