The Ministry of Commerce announced the recall of 17,892 Hyundai vehicles, model years 2010–2015 across several models, due to a defect in the anti-lock braking system unit that could cause an electrical short circuit in the HECU unit, increasing the risk of fire in the engine compartment. The Ministry directed affected vehicle users to contact local agents Mohamed Yousuf Naghi, Al-Waalan, and Al-Majdouie via their toll-free numbers for free repairs, and noted owners can verify inclusion via the Recalls.sa website.
