The Ministry of Commerce has published the results of the public consultation on the proposed amendment to Article Forty-Four of the Implementing Regulations of the Commercial Chambers System, which was previously submitted for public opinion via the "Istitlaa" platform. The proposed amendment aims to unify the methodology for evaluating the performance of commercial chambers in order to achieve a highly credible, transparent, and impartial evaluation process while avoiding delays in its completion. The Ministry's specialist team analysed all opinions and proposals received and published the key findings and decisions taken in the results section of the project on the "Istitlaa" platform.
