"Commerce": More than 5,000 Inspection Visits in Madinah over Two Weeks

"التجارة": أكثر من 5 آلاف زيارة تفتيشية في المدينة المنورة خلال أسبوعين

Ministry of Commerce oversight teams conducted 5,327 inspection visits in Madinah as part of its operational plan for the Hajj season, during the period from 1 to 13 Dhu al-Hijjah 1446 AH. Visits covered the central area of the Prophet's Mosque, Quba and Qiblatain mosques, the Hijrah road, the Haramain train, commercial markets and centers, gold and jewelry markets, service centers, and fuel stations, aiming to monitor the high availability of food and provisioning goods for pilgrims and verify commercial establishments' compliance with consumer protection regulations.
