Ministry of Commerce publishes the results of innovative ideas for facilitating senior citizens' access to services

The Ministry of Commerce published the results of a collaborative innovation initiative it had recently launched to gather public views on the most prominent innovative ideas for helping senior citizens access services easily. A specialised team within the Ministry studied and analysed the opinions and proposals, and a set of measures will be developed to enable elderly customers to obtain services suited to their needs, enhancing their independence, well-being, and ease of transaction. This comes within the framework of promoting digital participation and in partnership with the Digital Government Authority.
