The Ministry of Commerce has published the public opinion survey results for the draft Implementing Regulation of the Commercial Names System on the "Istitlaa" platform, dated 23 Dhul Qi'dah 1446. The draft regulation aims to strengthen confidence in the commercial environment by organising procedures for reserving and registering commercial names in the commercial register and ensuring their protection and associated rights. The Ministry's specialist team analysed all submitted opinions and proposals, publishing the key findings and decisions reached in the results section of the project on the Istitlaa platform.
