"Commerce": Blocking of an online store for electrical and electronic devices for non-Compliance with product delivery to consumers

"التجارة": حجب متجر إلكتروني للأجهزة الكهربائية والإلكترونية لعدم التزامه بتسليم المنتجات للمستهلكين

The Ministry of Commerce announced the blocking of an online store specializing in the sale of home electrical and electronic appliances, after it was found in violation of the E-Commerce Law and its executive regulation. The violation consisted of failing to deliver products to consumers within the agreed periods and not responding to requests to cancel contracts and refund amounts paid.
