"Commerce": More than 234 million commodity and food supply items were provided to the guests of the Most Merciful during the Hajj season at the Holy Sites

The Ministry of Commerce announced that more than 234 million commodity and food supply items were provided to Hajj pilgrims at the Holy Sites during the 1446 AH Hajj season, in coordination with government agencies and the private sector. The most consumed items included juices and refreshments, dairy products, drinking water, baked goods, canned goods, and various food products. The Ministry's inspection teams monitored supply conditions at points of sale to ensure product availability, and also oversaw supply chains and commercial establishments' compliance with consumer protection regulations.
