Ministry of Commerce publishes the Public Opinion Report on the amendment of Article Ten of the Implementing Regulation of the Commercial Chambers System on the "Istitlaa" platform

The Ministry of Commerce has published the public opinions and proposals received on the proposed amendment to Article Ten of the Implementing Regulation of the Commercial Chambers System, which was previously posted on the "Istitlaa" platform. The amendment aims to achieve flexibility in decision-making and improve its efficiency, enhance membership quality by focusing representation on competencies in the commercial and industrial sectors, strengthen engagement with the private sector, and adapt to economic, regulatory, and digital transformation changes including electronic voting and virtual meetings. A specialised team at the Ministry analysed all submissions and published the key findings and decisions in the results section of the project on "Istitlaa".
