"Commerce": Recall of 450 "BENCHMARK" Refrigerators Non-Compliant with Specifications

The Ministry of Commerce announced the recall of 450 BENCHMARK refrigerator-freezer units, model R-611ML, manufactured in 2024, due to non-compliance with the Saudi standard specification for energy efficiency. Consumers are directed to contact Jiyad Al-Arabia at 0126275077 to arrange a technical appointment for collection of the affected units and a full cash refund of the purchase price. Affected products can also be verified through the defective product recall portal at Recalls.sa. The announcement was dated 11 Muharram 1447 AH.
