2,300 Inspection Visits to Combat Commercial Concealment in Public Utility Markets Across Various Regions of the Kingdom

The National Programme to Combat Commercial Concealment conducted 2,305 inspection visits to public utility markets (vegetables and fruits) across all regions of the Kingdom on 19/5/1447 AH to verify compliance with the Anti-Commercial Concealment Law. The visits resulted in the detection of 65 suspected cases of commercial concealment, with violators referred to the competent authorities for investigation and the application of deterrent penalties. The programme continues to carry out inspection rounds across various regions based on indicators and suspicion signals to raise compliance rates and curb concealment violations.
