"Commerce" Announces the Results of the E-Stores Evaluation

"التجارة" تُعلن نتائج تقييم المتاجر الإلكترونية

The Ministry of Commerce announced the results of its e-stores evaluation, covering the top 100 electronic stores in the first phase, dated 24 Safar 1447 AH. The evaluation aims to raise compliance among e-stores, protect shoppers' rights, and improve services. It comprised 10 core criteria addressing general e-commerce requirements, including store registration on the Saudi Business Center platform, availability of exchange, return and refund policies, consumer data protection policies, display of tax numbers and commercial registration numbers, and the presence of a secure, high-quality website. A second phase covering additional stores is currently underway.
