Commerce Launches a Public Consultation to Improve the Customer Reception Experience for Senior Citizens at Customer Service Centers

The Ministry of Commerce, in partnership with the Digital Government Authority, published a public consultation on 26 Dhul Hijjah 1446 AH to gather views from beneficiaries and specialists on an initiative to improve the customer reception experience for senior citizens at its customer service centers, aiming to support elderly customers and enable them to complete their transactions with ease.
