"Commerce" Calls on Companies to Submit Their Financial Statements for the Financial Year 2024

"التجارة"تدعو الشركات لإيداع قوائمها المالية عن السنة المالية 2024م

The Ministry of Commerce announced that companies whose fiscal year ends on 2024 year-end must file their financial statements no later than Monday, June 30, 2025, to avoid financial penalties under the Companies Law. The ministry clarified that companies must prepare their financial statements at the end of each fiscal year in accordance with approved accounting standards.
