The Ministry of Commerce announced that 15 days remain for companies whose fiscal year ended on 31 December 2024 to submit their financial statements, with a final deadline of Monday, 30 June 2025. The Ministry urged companies to act promptly to avoid financial penalties imposed under Article 262 of the Companies Law for failure to prepare or submit financial statements in accordance with approved accounting standards.
