Ministry of Commerce: Updating the Commercial Register Owner's Data Electronically to Benefit from All Electronic Services

The Ministry of Commerce explained that electronically updating the commercial register owner's data enables businesses to benefit from the Ministry's electronic services, offered in partnership with the Saudi Business Center. Requirements include an active register, an owner at least 18 years old, not a government employee, the addition of at least one manager to the register, and entry of the appointed manager's approval if they are not the register owner. The service is provided free of charge and completed within one day via the "Business Platform" (business.sa).
