"Commerce" Shuts Down an Online Store Selling Perfumes and Oud That Misled Consumers with the Phrase "Everyone Gets an iPhone" and Delivered Different Gifts

The Ministry of Commerce shut down an online store selling perfumes and oud after it misled consumers with a false and deceptive online advertisement, in explicit violation of the E-Commerce Law and its implementing regulation. The ministry detected the violation after the store announced via a social media account that it would give every purchaser a gift, then delivered different gifts than advertised.
