Ministry of Commerce publishes the results of developing customer engagement tools for persons with motor disabilities

The Ministry of Commerce published the results of a co-innovation initiative that had sought public input on ideas for developing electronic engagement tools for customers with motor disabilities on the Ministry's portal. A specialized Ministry team studied and analyzed the opinions and proposals received, and will act on a set of measures to help such customers obtain services suited to their needs, in partnership with the Digital Government Authority.
