The Ministry of Commerce Launches a Public Consultation to Enhance the Customer Reception Experience for Persons with Disabilities at Customer Service Centers

The Ministry of Commerce, in partnership with the Digital Government Authority, published a public consultation on 26 Dhul Hijjah 1446 AH to gather views from beneficiaries and specialists on an initiative to enhance the customer reception experience for persons with disabilities at its customer service centers, aiming to design services that account for the needs of the Ministry's customers with disabilities and facilitate completion of their transactions.
