The Ministry of Commerce announced the recall of 1,006 Trek "Precaliber" children's bicycles in multiple sizes, model years 2024 to 2026, due to a defect in the rear brake system that may cause brake failure and increase the risk of losing control and accidents. Users are urged to stop using the recalled bicycles immediately and contact Ajlat Trading on the toll-free number 8001111034 to schedule a free repair and receive a 75-riyal purchase voucher. Consumers can verify whether their model is included in the recall via the defective product recall centre website (Recalls.sa). The announcement was dated 05 Jumada Al-Thania 1447 AH.
